Client

Our client is a leading international company in the fields of chemistry and metallurgy.

Tasks

• Head of the high-performance ceramics working group.
• Research & Development.
• Application-oriented ceramic product development.
• Participation in conferences (worldwide). Visiting trade fairs and customers in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Requirements

• University studies (inorganic chemistry, technical chemistry, materials science). Ph.D.
• Five years of industry or institute experience.
• Management experience in working groups and project teams.
• Experience in application-oriented ceramic product development and / or research and development (focus on oxide ceramics, powder development).
• Several years of experience in the field of ceramic processing technologies / production with a focus on spray drying, granulation methods, binder development, etc.
• Very good experience with production transfers and scaling from development to production.
• Fluent language skills in English and German.
